Step 1 - Reach Out

Send me a message or email with your questions and what you’re looking for. From there, we’ll go over options and find the best package for you to get started.

Step 2 - Choose Your Package

If we’re a match and I have availability, you choose the package you’d like to start with and we’ll schedule your first session.

Step 3 - Start Training

Come to my private garage gym and get started! I’ll guide you through structured strength training sessions that meet your goals, with the accountability you need to stay consistent.

Choose the option that works best for you, whether you’re looking for short-term support, a longer commitment, or the energy of small group training.

Pricing options for fitness coaching: $360 for 6 private sessions, $660 for 12 private sessions, and $150 per month for small group classes with 3-4 women, charged monthly, including strength-based workouts and support.
