We’ll be working out in my garage gym. It’s not the prettiest space (it is a garage, after all), but it’s fully equipped and designed for one thing: helping you get strong
In-person training is perfect if you want hands-on coaching, real-time feedback, and accountability in a private, supportive environment. I keep my roster small so I can give each client the attention they deserve.

Step 1 - Book a Free Discovery Call
We’ll chat about your goals, your experience, and what you’re looking for. This helps us see if in-person training is a good fit and if I currently have space available.
Step 2 - Choose Your Package
If we’re a match and I have availability, you choose the package you’d like to start with and we’ll schedule your first session.
Step 3 - Start Training
Come to my private garage gym and get started! I’ll guide you through structured strength training sessions that meet your goals, with the accountability you need to stay consistent.
