By accessing this website, downloading any free or paid content, or participating in any training, coaching, or services offered by Lisa Watson Fitness, you agree to the following terms.
Services & Ownership
All content provided by Lisa Watson Fitness—including guides, programs, workouts, and educational materials—is the intellectual property of Lisa Watson and may not be reproduced, resold, or distributed without written permission.
Coaching Commitments & Payment
Online Coaching requires a minimum 3-month commitment. Coaching spaces are limited and cannot be paused or transferred.
In-Person Training is sold in 6-session (90-day expiry) or 12-session (6-month expiry) packages. These may be paused if needed, but sessions must be used within the package timeframe.
Small Group Training (3–4 participants) is billed monthly, regardless of attendance. This ensures consistency and fairness for all group members.
All in-person sessions require 24 hours’ notice for cancellation. Missed or late-canceled sessions will be charged in full.
3. Refund Policy
All purchases of digital programs, downloads, and coaching services are final sale and non-refundable.
One-Time Macro Count purchases are also non-refundable once submitted.
4. Termination
Lisa Watson Fitness reserves the right to terminate any client relationship if terms are not upheld, communication is unprofessional, or it is determined that the program is no longer a good fit.

Lisa Watson Fitness is committed to protecting your privacy. This section outlines how your information is collected and used.
Information Collected
Your name, email address, and submitted details when opting into lead magnets, newsletters, or filling out contact/intake forms.
Intake and progress information for clients via Jotform and Kahunas.
Analytics and usage data collected via Squarespace and third-party cookies.
How Information Is Used
To deliver coaching, digital content, and email communications.
To respond to inquiries and fulfill services.
To provide marketing or educational updates that you have opted into.
Third-Party Services
Your data may be stored or processed via:
Kahunas (coaching app)
Jotform (forms and check-ins)
Canva (delivery of digital files and downloads)
Stan Store (temporary email collection and digital sales)
We do not share or sell your personal information. You can unsubscribe from email communications at any time, or request deletion of your data by contacting train@lisawatsonfitness.com.
