Welcome to Lisa Watson Fitness. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our online personal training, nutrition coaching, lifestyle coaching, workout programs, digital products, and related services.

By purchasing or using any service, program, or digital product from Lisa Watson Fitness, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, purchasing, or using any services or products provided by Lisa Watson Fitness, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not purchase or use our services.

3. Services Provided

Lisa Watson Fitness offers the following services:

  • Online Personal Training & Coaching
    Customized workout programming and coaching support, which may include check-ins, messaging, and feedback depending on the service purchased.

  • Custom Workout Programming
    Personalized workout plans created based on the information provided by the client. These plans may be delivered without ongoing supervision or coaching unless otherwise stated.

  • Self-Guided Programs & Digital Products
    Downloadable or app-based workout programs, guides, or educational materials intended for independent use without coaching, supervision, or feedback.

  • Nutrition Coaching & One-Time Macro Counts
    Nutrition guidance and macro calculations provided for educational purposes only. These services do not constitute medical nutrition therapy or treatment.

  • Lifestyle Coaching
    General guidance related to habits, routines, and lifestyle factors that support overall well-being.

4. Scope of Services & Levels of Support

Not all services provided by Lisa Watson Fitness include ongoing coaching, supervision, form checks, or feedback.

Clients acknowledge and agree that:

  • Self-guided programs, digital products, and workout plans purchased without coaching are performed independently and at the client’s own discretion.

  • Lisa Watson Fitness is not responsible for exercise execution, form, load selection, or environment when services are performed without supervision.

  • The level of support provided depends on the specific service purchased.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to the following:

  • Honesty & Disclosure
    Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information regarding health history, injuries, medications, and fitness experience.

  • Medical Clearance
    Confirm that they are medically cleared to participate in physical activity and nutritional changes. Clients are responsible for consulting with a physician if needed.

  • Personal Responsibility
    Listen to their body, modify or stop exercises if pain or discomfort occurs, and take responsibility for their own safety during workouts.

  • Communication
    Communicate concerns, injuries, or questions in a timely manner when coaching support is included.

6. Payment, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Payment Terms
    Payment must be made in full before services or products are delivered.

  • Refund Policy
    Due to the nature of digital products and personalized services, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided once services or materials have been delivered.

  • Cancellations & Rescheduling (Coaching Services Only)
    Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in the session being forfeited.

7. Nutrition & Medical Disclaimer

Lisa Watson Fitness does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Nutrition coaching and macro calculations are for educational purposes only.

  • One-time macro counts are based on the information provided by the client, and Lisa Watson Fitness is not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incomplete or incorrect information.

  • Clients should consult with a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise or nutrition program.

8. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

Clients acknowledge that participation in exercise, fitness activities, and nutritional changes involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or adverse health effects.

By using any service or product from Lisa Watson Fitness, clients agree that:

  • They voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

  • Lisa Watson Fitness is not liable for injuries, health issues, or damages resulting from participation in coached or self-guided services.

  • This applies to all services, including online coaching, custom programs, self-guided programs, digital products, and one-time macro calculations.

9. Results Disclaimer

Results are not guaranteed. Outcomes will vary based on individual effort, consistency, lifestyle factors, and adherence to recommendations.

10. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Lisa Watson Fitness, including workout plans, programs, guides, nutrition resources, videos, and written content, are the intellectual property of Lisa Watson Fitness.

Content may not be copied, shared, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

11. Termination of Services

  • By Client
    Clients may discontinue services at any time. No refunds will be issued for unused services or products.

  • By Provider
    Lisa Watson Fitness reserves the right to terminate services if a client fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions or if continued participation is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

12. Privacy & Confidentiality

Client information is kept confidential and used solely for service delivery, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

13. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Lisa Watson Fitness reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
