Your Deep-Dive : Once we decide to move forward, I take the next 5 days to personally audit your nutrition history, current metabolism, and lifestyle data. I don’t use generic calculators; I look at your unique hurdles and goals to build a custom roadmap. This will all be set up inside my app.

The Live Onboarding Call Before you hit the ground running, we’ll jump on a Live 1:1 Kickoff Call. This is where your monthly coaching officially begins. We’ll walk through your plan together, set your mindset for success, and make sure you feel 100% confident navigating the app and your new targets.

Ongoing Support: Life happens between check-ins, so you’ll have direct messaging access to me inside the app. I check and respond to messages twice daily (Monday-Friday at 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM EST). This ensures you get the support you need while allowing me to give my full focus to each client's progress!

Strength & Sustainability This isn’t a "quick fix" PDF. It’s a high-touch partnership designed to help you build muscle, master your nutrition, and regain total control of your body for the long haul.
