In building habits that fit your life, not derail it. Midlife isn’t a setback, it’s an opportunity to get intentional about how you move, eat, and care for yourself.

My approach is about helping you feel empowered, not restricted. We focus on creating sustainable habits around strength training, balanced nutrition, and mindset so you’re not just chasing weight loss, you’re building a body that feels strong, capable, and energized for the long haul. This isn’t a quick fix. It’s a better way forward.

At 36, CrossFit changed the way I felt about myself and I loved it. That feeling of getting stronger, pushing myself, doing things I never thought I could, it lit a fire in me. Back then, I didn’t overthink my nutrition. I kept it pretty simple, low sugar, but otherwise I ate what I wanted. It worked for me… until it didn’t.
